The growth of compound semiconductor single crystal (like GaAs, Inp,etc) need very strict environment, including temperature, purity of raw material and growth vessel. PBN is currently the ideal vessel of compound semiconductor growth.

The main growing method of compound semiconductor single crystal have LEC, VGF,etc, and boyu have related series crucible of them.
